Madrid Highlights Diversity and Coexistence

A new gathering in Madrid welcomed community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event, organised by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, focused on intercultural coexistence, religious freedom and respect. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal news eureka springs arkansas Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers presented personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how mutual knowledge can strengthen coexistence.

Throughout the gathering, participants addressed themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
